Little Critter - crisis averted

Arghhh. I had to start the Little Critter like 3 different times. The first time my dog got tangled up in the yarn, scared herself, flying around the room like a maniac. Then I left it laying on a chair and my cats mauled it. I finally have it finished. I hope my swap partner is understanding. I had a horrible week.

It's done!

Oh yes, my critter is done. How addictive these can be! I want to do a few more for sure. I posted a teaser on the Ravelry posts, not sure if I know how to do it here, but I'll try. :) I have to get the goodies to go with it still though. Is it always this intimidating to do a swap? This is my second and I don't feel like my stuff will measure up! I know knitters are generally a good bunch and appreciate the goodies, but man! Anyway, I hope my partner likes hers. I'm keeping it a surprise too, she doesn't know I have her.

Found my critter pattern. I think I can almost do it all from stash. My stash isnt very big. I will cast on tonight when the kiddos are in bed. This is going to be fun.

I'm ready!  I've got my partner and my pattern.  This project should keep our summer light and not so crazy (or hot) hopefully!  Knit/crochet on!
